Frye’s Interiors is looking for a motivated, experienced Store Manager & Sales Leader to help lead our showroom, grow sales, and deliver exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily showroom operations and lead the sales team.
- Drive sales growth while building lasting customer relationships.
- Assist customers with flooring and home improvement selections.
- Oversee customer inquiries, sales opportunities, and project follow-ups.
- Maintain an organized, welcoming, and professional showroom.
- Work closely with ownership to improve sales performance and customer satisfaction.
Ideal Candidate
- Experience in retail management, sales leadership, or a related field.
- Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills.
- Self-motivated with a proven ability to lead and grow sales.
- Flooring, furniture, construction, or home improvement experience is a plus.
